Feature athlete:
Kevin Oliver

I was nearly 40 years old last year when my daughter was born. I weighed almost 330 pounds and was well on the way to serious health complications that follow from obesity and a completely sedentary lifestyle. [Scott] started me on a basic program of nutrition and basic movements designed to restore some level of function to my totally dysfunctional body. So far, in 15 months I have gone from almost 330 pounds to 240, my waist size has gone from a size 50 to a size 38. Thanks Scott!

"Scott Eder is a nice guy, for me sort of coach meets agent meets big brother."
-Lance Armstrong

New book out about Lance! First 80 pages feature his years in Dallas and Plano.

"Scott teaches you the difference between workout out and training, the true meaning of train smarter, not longer..."
-Mark Madole

Bryan Williams

He has completed more than 35 triathlons, even placing as high as top 5 in his age group on various occasions. On November of '07 Bryan completed The Ford Ironman Florida Triathlon in 10 hours and 42 minutes, 90 minutes faster than his Ironman debut two years ago.

Bryan and I bumped into each other when a new Lifetime Fitness opened in Plano. After just a few private lessons and about 2 months of group Masters Swimming, Bryan's swim times dipped dramatically. Within another 6 months he dropped his 100-meter best from 1:42 to 1:15, thus earning the moniker "Tarzan".

Bryan Williams

I have coached 100s of novice to intermediate adult swimmers, and Bryan accomplishment and the speed in which he did it rank in the top 5 of all time. Keep up the good work Tarzan!

"Scott is the Guru of Swim. I have been swimming with Scott for a year now and with his focused training and encouragement he has helped me to swim faster than I ever imagined. I have taken almost 7 minutes off of my Half- Ironman swims. I recommend Scott to anyone who wants to reach a new level of success!"
