I was nearly 40 years old last year when my daughter was born. I weighed almost 330 pounds and was well on the way to serious health complications that follow from obesity and a completely sedentary lifestyle. [Scott] started me on a basic program of nutrition and basic movements designed to restore some level of function to my totally dysfunctional body. So far, in 15 months I have gone from almost 330 pounds to 240, my waist size has gone from a size 50 to a size 38. Thanks Scott!
"Scott Eder is a nice guy, for me sort of coach meets agent meets big brother."

Krissi Osborn is a sophomore at Parish Episcopal School in
Dallas. She has attended Parish since she was four years old
and will be a member of the first graduating class in 2007.
She is a straight "A" student ranked at the top of her class,
Editor of the school newspaper, a member of the National Honor
Society, and active in school government.
Krissi is also an accomplished figure skater who competes in
national competitions. She began skating when she was 6 years old,
and she now trains each morning at 5:30 AM at the Dr Pepper Star
Center in Frisco. Her primary coach is Lorraine Borman, a nationally
renowned coach who previously coached Rosalynn Summers to the World
Championship Gold Medal and to the Olympic Silver Medal.
Krissi trains with 3 other skating specialty coaches, has recently
begun ice-dancing lessons, has weekly on-ice and off-ice conditioning
classes, and Ballet and Pilates (whew!).
To further develop explosive
jumping, endurance and overall skating strength, Krissi has been
training with me twice a week at The Studio since December 2003.
Krissi's interests include travel (she has been to Europe the past 2 summers),
the Dallas Stars, live theatre, high school football games, computers,
photography, and country music. She enjoys swimming, and long distance
running, and hopes to begin participating in triathlons in the future.
