scott eder sports

Feature athlete:
Kevin Oliver

I was nearly 40 years old last year when my daughter was born. I weighed almost 330 pounds and was well on the way to serious health complications that follow from obesity and a completely sedentary lifestyle. [Scott] started me on a basic program of nutrition and basic movements designed to restore some level of function to my totally dysfunctional body. So far, in 15 months I have gone from almost 330 pounds to 240, my waist size has gone from a size 50 to a size 38. Thanks Scott!

"Scott Eder is a nice guy, for me sort of coach meets agent meets big brother."
-Lance Armstrong

New book out about Lance! First 80 pages feature his years in Dallas and Plano.

"Scott teaches you the difference between workout out and training, the true meaning of train smarter, not longer..."
-Mark Madole

Emma Maggart

At the tender age of seven, young Emma has already accomplished a decent mastery of all four competitive swimming strokes, excelling in the backstroke and freestyle. Due to discipline instilled from her studies, ballet and horseback riding Emma is very quick to pick up technical coaching, very rare of someone her age. If Emma chooses to continue to work at swimming, by as early as next year she should be a very excellent age-group competitor.

Why does Emma like swimming? "I’m able to glide through the water and it is peaceful to me. I like to be able to get exercise and feel relaxed after a swim session."

In her free time Emma also enjoys jump rope, read, think up stories to write, roller skate, ride horses, dance, and of course swim.

"I like working with Mr. Scott because he understand exactly what level I am at. He gives me just the right amount of work. I like how he gives a time goal in swimming and I usually beat it! Mr. Scott gives me confidence that I can do new techniques. I like Mr. Scott as my swim coach!"
