I was nearly 40 years old last year when my daughter was born. I weighed almost 330 pounds and was well on the way to serious health complications that follow from obesity and a completely sedentary lifestyle. [Scott] started me on a basic program of nutrition and basic movements designed to restore some level of function to my totally dysfunctional body. So far, in 15 months I have gone from almost 330 pounds to 240, my waist size has gone from a size 50 to a size 38. Thanks Scott!

In December 47 year old Brian Loncar (yes, THAT Brian Loncar, "The Strong Arm") just got sick of overeating and was just plain tired of being fat. That resolution came after more that 10 years of relative inactivity.
Back in high school and college Brian was an athlete excelling in football and wrestling. Even after college and after law School, he still ran some 10k’s, entered some triathlons and even ran a marathon. All that ended as work and family took priority and Brian fell into long, long work days and a very sedentary lifestyle.
A dental patient of Stephanie's, Brian was introduced to me in January and we came up with a plan. At that time neither of us had any idea how much fun all this would be! Less than 1 year and 115 plus pounds later, Brian and 17 fellow racers are all doing triathlons as part of the now famous Brian Loncar Racing Team. (brianloncarracingteam.com) . In 2008 the team will be expanded to 35 members.
Brian and I meet privately 3 times a week for strength training, swimming and subsequent cardio sessions which often last more than 2 1/2 hours. Since April, Brian has entered and finished 3 sprint amd 2 olympic distance triathlons. He has his sights set on at least 3 more triathlons this season, including a ½ Ironman, then the Hotter N' Hell 100 and then White Rock Marathon. Beware: "The Strong Arm" is getting stronger!
