Feature athlete:
Kevin Oliver

I was nearly 40 years old last year when my daughter was born. I weighed almost 330 pounds and was well on the way to serious health complications that follow from obesity and a completely sedentary lifestyle. [Scott] started me on a basic program of nutrition and basic movements designed to restore some level of function to my totally dysfunctional body. So far, in 15 months I have gone from almost 330 pounds to 240, my waist size has gone from a size 50 to a size 38. Thanks Scott!

"Scott Eder is a nice guy, for me sort of coach meets agent meets big brother."
-Lance Armstrong

New book out about Lance! First 80 pages feature his years in Dallas and Plano.

"Scott teaches you the difference between workout out and training, the true meaning of train smarter, not longer..."
-Mark Madole

Beverly Dealey

Beverly Dealey just turned 21 last month, but still at that tender age she has done and seen more than most women twice her age. She has traveled abroad several times, hunted big game in Africa and is currently an Idlewild Debutante.

Beverly Dealey

Through most of her teens, while attending The Shelton School, Bev was also an outstanding select soccer player with Dallas INTER soccer club, a varsity cheerleader, drill team captain and Homecoming Queen.

I have been coaching/training Beverly since she was 15. Attending a very small high school, Beverly and just a few others comprised "the track team". Her senior year she qualified for "state", then raced in the finals in the 100 and 200 meter events. At the state meet in Waco she took 2nd place in the 200 and 4th in the 100.

Since her high school graduation in 2002 our training has been comprised of core/weights and sprinting. Our favorite drill is me throwing Bev football pass patterns, mostly "the fly and the deep out". One day we started messing around punting and place kicking. This super-jockette’s personal record is a 39 yard field goal. I’m sure that is a national debutante record.
